The past 24 hours were a bit shaky:
We had great beam during the day (>80% efficiency!), but then problems started to show up during swing:
Moeller quadrupole power supplies flowmeters gave fault (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3608881). After investigation (water was flowing in and out), looks like it was the sensor. DC power people bypassed the flowmeter, so fault could be disarmed, and we could resume running. 33h15 down time. ETA: MCC has the spare part now, to be installed at our convenience - but we keep taking the beam while it comes.
No major issue on our end during swing, but MCC had a hard time with BLM trips. ~3h down time. They currently have to run Hall C at a lower current to improve stability.
Raster X coil tripped this morning. (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3609176) good news is we did not have to go down the hall to fix it. Bill asked MCC to set the raster to 2x2, then we asked them to set it to 1.1 and worked again. Between that and other small shenanigans from the target (nothing too serious after all - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3609209), count another 1h down...
We are up and running good again as of now.
