[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall off for tonight-tomorrow: 2018/10/15 owl shift canceled, day shift on stand-by

The scattering chamber vacuum has started to rise from ~6pm. We caught that at 6:30 when the alarm started to sound (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3609482). We contacted Greg, current target on-call, right away, who advised to shut the scattering chamber valves. That, overall, did not have much effect, and the vacuum kept rising.  Greg also contacted Dave, who came and went down the hall to investigate. After investigation, Dave remarked that there was nothing to do but warm up the target and put us on stand by, and started to organize the repairs for tomorrow (needs radcon survey, etc). 
Shifts are canceled for tonight, and on standby tomorrow day. Target operator is not needed.
