[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Status for shifts: TO requested Wednesday ~12pm, Wednesay Swing ON!

Provided the status of the hall (it is done, vacuum is being made), we will be able to officially resume the experiment tomorrow (Wednesday, Oct 17th) Swing!
Dave is going to start to cool the target during the day, so a TO will be required around noon.
