[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Shift cancelled until Saturday DAY shift

Dave needs to warm up the target, remove the offending return line (see https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3611441), repair it, purge and replace it. He estimates that the earliest he can get all this work done is Saturday DAY shift. 

For now all shifts are cancelled until Saturday DAY shift which will remain on standby for now.
