[Halla_running] Hall status and shift updates

Hello everyone,

We are still on track with the schedule I send around yesterday (Dave has
not seen any issues so far).

This means that the day TO (Nathaniel Lashley-Colthirst) should plan to be
in the counting house in about an hour or so (right now the target ladder
is at about 130 K).

Shift crews from SWING on should report to the counting house as normal.
