[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A Status at RC change

Things are going well!

We've had CW beam in the hall.
The issue with the raster FSD was just fixed (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3598197). Thanks Bill!
The hall is currently still in access to investigate/fix the harp.

When the access is complete, MCC will complete tuning and do the ion chamber calibration.
Then we will proceed with our detector checkout.
Once the detectors, triggers, and DAQ are verified to be working with beam on, we'll be ready to put the sieves on and begin the optics program.
The timing of the sieve installation will be discussed at the 3:30 meeting, details below.
