[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall-A Status: In Phase-III now and Tritium&other gas cells are all unlocked

After nearly a whole 24 hours of effort to resolve the problematic signals from BPMA/B signals on the Y direction, we still couldn't found out the courses but we are confident that the beam positions are stable and understood. We decided to do a rough Bull's eye scan and wait for future opportunity to completely resolve this issue. We have completed all tasks that can allow us to go to Phase-III. Dave has unlocked the gas-cells and the beam current limit is raised to 22.5 with raster must being on at 2x2mm.

We are taking production data on gas targets at the x=1 kinematics and will continue to do so through out the night, and  then will move to x>1 kinematic afterwards.
