[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A status

The 1L20 work has been proceeding with a small delay (it has started cooling late on Sat and finished Sun). Right now they are investigating a possible issue with power requirements from the NL (an increase of about 600W has been observed compared to before the start of the 1L20 work). 

They have started spinning beam and they are working on the recovery. The optimistic start of beam delivery is sometime Th swing. The hall will remain open until Th day at least.
