[Halla_running] Hall A Target training

Hello all,

If you plan to take shifts for APEX, especially if you are going to sit for
Target Operator please attend the training tomorrow. There will be an APEX
target training tomorrow from 10-11am in the Hall A counting house. For
those who are available, please attend. For more details, please see the
message below from Silviu.

Please advertise that there will be an APEX target training in the Hall A
Counting House Thursday Feb 7 from 10-11am. All interested are welcomed to
attend, especially the first week TOs. People who cannot attend Thursday's
presentation but are scheduled to take TO shifts should email me (
covrig at jlab.org) to make arrangements for their training. A second general
TO training session could be scheduled after the Hall A weekly meeting on
Tue, Feb 12 if there is sufficient interest.

Please remind all shift takers that they have to read and understand all
the documents in the APEX Yellow Binder that is now in the Counting House.
Once they did that they should sign on one of the sheets at the end of it.
They cannot sit shifts unless they have signed the Yellow Binder. By noon
tomorrow all the docs in the Yellow Binder should be available from the
link:
