[Halla_running] APEX Target operator training

Hello all,

Thank you for those who attend the APEX target operator training this
morning.

There will be another target training on Tuesday Feb 12, after the Hall A
weekly meeting. If you signed up for the TO shift but have not completed
the training, please join the second target training.

Please note that the previous target training does NOT count for the APEX
target. You need APEX target training to sit TO shifts for this run period.

People who cannot attend on Tuesday, please contact Silviu (covrig at jlab.org)
to make arrangements for their training.
