[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Status udpate

Status summary:
Hall was locked up during the swing shift yesterday and ready for the beam setup by MCC. Beam transport to the dump was successfully carried out, and harp scan was performed (3649208, 3649228). 

The rest of the beam setup has not been finished due to a few reasons. Ion chambers calibration has not been completed and we had to have a couple of controlled access to resolve. 

During the controlled access, ion chambers without response were checked. Raster was not functioning when MCC tried to set it remotely. Bill came in and checked the raster in the hall. Resolved and functioning now (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3649266).

As of now, there is a software issue with setting the Hall A current > 5uA (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3649429). Software expert has been contacted.

Plan forward:
Once the beam is restored, MCC will resume the ion chamber calibration. After that they will do beam centering. Shift crew will call Silivu before the beam centering and we will coordinate it with the MCC.
If we have reasonable beam delivery after all the beam setup is done, we will try to do optics runs. Experts will be contacted when the time comes.

Note/Other updates:
- HRS magnets are set to 1.28 GeV as requested by Bogdan.
- Quads are set by current. There is no alarm for the quads, please monitor the current (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3649160)

- We are only using downstream Raster (Raster B). Raster A is masked.
- Alex changed the DAQ config to SciFi: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3649404. DAQ experts advised us to use RHRSTritBuff for optics.
