[Halla_running] Accelerator Status & APEX Daily Meeting - Today at 3:30pm

The personal safety system tests for Hall A have been completed and as of 8 am this morning there were no further tests planned though likely we will need to close up again for hot checkouts.

Accelerator is having problems with CHL1 (which is connected to the south linac).     They had addressed the root cause of the problem by bypassing a UPS unit, but they were still having problems controls and of course we are now relying on uninterrupted power for Dominion until the UPS unit is fixed.

A CCPR has been submitted to fix the Hall A wiki.
