[Halla_running] Running DAQ in VNC session

To share the DAQ more efficiently, we will run CODA in VNC.

To open the CODA use :
vncviewer -shared adaq2:1

and log in with adaq credentials.

Don't do a startcoda outside from this VNC session, that will prevent
people from killing CODA while someone else is using it.
