[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Status Update

-The Hall is in restricted access and detector or Compton work may be done as needed
-As of yesterday, the target warm ladder was reinstalled (without water target copper braze repair) and pump down was started. Now the vacuum readout VCG1H04C near target is 3e-7Torr and all the beam line valves are closed. 
-DC power hotcheckout was performed yesterday
-Plan is still to start hall lockup tomorrow morning and start target cool-down and magnet ramp up. But beam is no longer expected tomorrow due to He cryo supply issues.
-Parity controls in the injector are not working for the IA cells or the RTP and it appears to be a DAC voltage issue upstairs where the EPICS digital controls have no affect on the output of the DAC cards https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3698669 . Plan is to confirm not a software issue and then attempt to power cycle/investigate DAC cards
