[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A status + daily experimental meeting

In spite of my early optimism we are on track to close up by the end of Wed DAY shift. The target work has proceeded on schedule, however there are significant checks that need to be performed which will occupy all the time until then (including target cooldown). As a result I cancelled shifts up to TUE DAY and would like to keep the Tue SWING and Wed OWL shifts on standby (standby means they do not have to show up unless called by the RC). 

We'll have our daily experimental meeting at 3 30pm in the 2nd floor conference room.
