[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A status + daily experimental meeting

The accelerator problem has been fixed and the beam is ready. 

The ESR 15K helium is back as well. Hall A target cooling down has started at ~10:10. https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3693365

Once Hall A target is cooled down, Hall C target cooling will start. During that, we can get Hall A locked up and receive beam. But, we will not be able to ramping up the spectrometer magnets until Hall C target cooling complete. 

We'll have our daily experimental meeting at 15:30 in the 2nd floor conference room.
