[Halla_running] APEX shift workers needed

Hi all,

Thanks to everyone who has been contributing to the run of the APEX
experiment!

We have added 7 shifts to the schedule, anticipating running through the
March 18 Owl shift. In addition, there are two shift-leaders trying to
arrange trades and two unfilled shift positions on the schedule.
