[Halla_running] Accelerator and experiment status

Dear Colleagues

Shifts on CREX start on Dec 2.  Currently, the ACC folks are restoring 1L10, a section of the accelerator that
had a leak.  According to the whiteboard, there is a full schedule this week to restore that.  If we get lucky
and have beam before Dec 2 (not likely, I think), I'll let you know as soon as I know, so we can put together
shift crews to start the run plan:

People who are responsible for systems (detectors, DAQ, software, etc) should please check their systems out
and then, to the extent possible, stop making changes.

We'll have our first RC meeting next Monday the 25th, then the 27th, and on Dec 2 we'll commence
with daily 3:30 RC meetings in the 2nd floor counting room.
