[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Status update

Yesterday, the Moller measurement was successfully completed (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3830908, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3830895). The beam was restored through the Compton chicane and we followed the usual high current restoration procedure. Intrinsic spot size at the target was measured as 201.7 x 153.96, and the 2x2 raster size was also verified. We were back to production around 7:30 pm. Since then we continued taking production data.

The BPMs and dpp were fluctuated quite a bit over night, the reason is unclear at this point but Jay is looking into this. MCC managed to improve it later in the owl shit (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3831394).

Hall C is taking a Moller measurement now, during which we may expect some larger fluctuation in dpp since 2A energy lock may not engage. The shift crew is carefully monitoring the beam quality.

We will continue production. In the meantime, we are in discussion with MCC on how to handle the energy lock when Hall C will be off later this week.
