[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] 7:48pm 1pass beam removed from HallA

7:48pm 1pass beam removed from HallA and accelerator is setting it up to
send the HallC. 7:53pm HA to power permit.
Ops plan:
A laser to C first, same Wein angle. Then if that goes ok, Claser to HallC,
new -15deg Wein angle.
HallA activity:
-then Aq feedback on HallC using hallA DAQ.
