[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] RC update

HallA is in controlled access at present and will remain so until Monday
afternoon. Work on Compton laser is in progress. Vacuum work on VIP1H00B
pump, which isn't working, can commence from 8-noon Monday. We plan to
lockup the Hall again at end of Monday Swing to be ready for beam by
mid-SWING. As the beam was taken at 8pm Saturday Swing, it is expected to
start restoring to A 8pm Monday Swing. We expect when restoration to A
starts to coordinate with injector to verify beam losses in injector aren't
too gigantic at the start.
