[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Yesterday Day Shift started with 140uA beam, since 11:00 yesterday we had been running production with 143-145 uA, and the average efficiency for yesterday Day Shift is ~65%. Amali measured the Compton full gain spectrum with 10uA at the beginning of yesterday Swing Shift, after that we continued production with 145uA. Around 18:15 yesterday, we got back to 150uA!! The average efficiency for yesterday swing and today owl shifts is ~71%.   

Accumulated charge from yesterday Day shift to today Owl shift is~ 7.2C, we almost finish slug160. 

Hall A are in control access now (started at 10:00am this morning), Tech on Call (Bob) and AC technicians are inside the hall for working on the LHRS shield house AC unit shttps://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3800358. 

Plan is to continue production after the AC work (LHRS hut).

There is no scheduled RF recovery in the near future https://hallaweb.jlab.org/halog/screen_snapshots/controls/. 

Solved Issues:

1) 06:20 on 3-9-2020---IOCHA12 was not communicated https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3800459. Heidi successfully rebooted it with the green button 8 in the middle room of CH  and the the Hall A ozone monitoring is working again https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3800591.

2) 10:50---Juan Carlos successful fixed Compton photon detector LED problem during the control access time.
