[Halla_running] Run Coordinator Update

Hello CREXers !

I, Bob Michaels, am your friendly neighborhood RC, our previous RC
having to fly back to Germany while the airlines still fly there.

Today we attempted a Moller measurement, but the magnet tripped.
It was decided to try again next week.  Currently we are
backing out of Moller and going back into production.

The plan is for production all weekend.

We will have an RC in the counting house at 3:15 PM today.

Things coming up

* Qsq "as soon as possible" but not this weekend, I think.
* Energy measurement, soon.
* Fix the AC early next week, as the opportunity arises.
