[Halla_running] RC update, CREX meeting today at 3:15pm

Good morning !

I would just like to remind everyone that the Shift leader gets instructions
from the RC and the RC usually consults the spokesperson.  And on today's Day
shift, those would be me, me, and me !  For possibly the first time, all 3 roles
on one shift !   Welcome to the post-COVID-19 world !

However, Caryn Palatchi will take over as RC some time this morning, which
will spoil my trifecta.

We are in a smooth production mode.  In the past 12 hours, we have collected
coulombs at a 70% efficiency !  That's "good" coulombs which pass all cuts.

Shifts are well covered; the next hole is on Tuesday owl.  Please keep checking
the shift schedule for holes, as we have tended to have a lot of cancellations ...

The plan is to keep runnng like this all weekend.  Hall C may turn on during the weekend.
