[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] Shifters - Firefox issues resolved

Hi,

We found a work around for the Firefox issue without having to install
other browsers on all the adaq and aonl machines

So, incoming shifters, the aonl machines should now be able to be used to
examine online plots and access the crex wiki
