Production went smoothly during yesterday's day shift. After yesterday's beam study ( done at 20:40), MCC found out that the1H04B harp was inoperative while we were following the procedure of restoring the beam on our target. The 1H04A harp was reading A (305um,320um) (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3844189), which is consistent with recent configurations. There is no indication to show that the beam spot is too small at the target (<100um). So we feel confident to proceed for last night. Due to the 2L23-5 Solenoid Low Fault, the beam was off about 3.5 hours during today's owl shift. The I&C group has been debugging the 1H04B harp issue since the 8:00am MCC meeting. They thought that it might need to replace the pre-amplifier. At 9:27 am, the beam was off due to a vacuum problem in the South Linac. RadCon started a survey at 9:53 during the beam off period. Hall A is under control access now. Currently I&C experts are inside the hall to work on the 1H04B iss!

The plan is to continue production after fixing the harp 1H04B. The pedestal calibration will be taken during today's swing shift.
