[Halla_running] ROOT upgrade to 6.22/08 on adaq

Hi folks,

FYI, the default installation of ROOT on the adaq machines has been 
upgrade to the current version, 6.22/08.

Either recompile your applications or explicitly request the previous 
version with

source /adaqfs/apps/ROOT/6.16-00/bin/thisroot.sh

for the time being.

Please report any problems you encounter to me. A compatible version of 
the analyzer, Podd, will be installed in the next few days.
