[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A status

We are still waiting for some paperwork related to spectrometer movement and magnet testing which will hopefully be complete on Friday morning.  The current intention is to do on Monday morning the walk-through that will allow beam back in the hall.

Shift leader and target operator shifts are cancelled until Monday at 8 am.
