[Halla_running] No RC meeting today

Dear all,

As of now, we have a stable beam with few beam trips. We are going to
production data taking phase around 12:30 PM today.

As most of the detectors seems fine, I am canceling today's RC meeting.

Subsystem experts, please take a chance to look at the data, please make
sure there's no issue in the data we took. If you find anything abnormal,
please let the RC know ASAP.
