[Halla_running] Hall A Shifts Cancelled Through Wednesday Owl

Hi all,

We received word from Dave Meekins late last night that vacuum pump down on the target chamber won't start until Monday morning due to installation of lead shielding near the target pivot.  The target cool down will not start until Tuesday provided all goes well.  Typically they condense H2/D2 the day following the cool down; there is no need for a target operator until we have liquid H2 or D2.  This pushes us to Wednesday.

With that, Don and I have cancelled all shifts (Shift Leader and Target Operator) up to and including Wednesday Owl shift.
