[Halla_running] shifts cancelled

Hi Everyone,
The Hall A schedule has been pushed back due to finding another leak in
the beamline vacuum downstream of the target. The target start date is now
Monday, Oct 4. This gives us some more time to be prepared, but it also
removes contingency at the end, so let's make the best of this time to
ensure we are ready to hit the ground running when beam becomes available.
As a result of this slip, I have cancelled shifts up until the end of
Wednesday Day shift Sept 29th when my RC-ship ends. Further cancellations
are likely but at this time we are unsure of when the target will be
cooled. Once it is cooled a permanent TO is required. The next RC, David
Flay, will decide the status of shifts during his tenure.

We will have an RC meeting tomorrow (Friday the 24th) at 3:15 PM. Please
be prepared to give an update for systems under your responsibility.
