[Halla_running] RC meeting questions

Just a heads up. Experts, I am going to ask the following questions during
the RC meeting today. Please be prepared to address them where applicable
and possible. If you need extra help to be ready, please let the
collaboration know.
1. Come Monday will your system be ready for beam?
2. What are the key items you need to address between now and Monday?
3. Will your part of the Hall be cleaned and cleared of excess materials
as Jessie has requested?
4. If any commissioning of your subsystem is to be performed by the shift
crew, are there clear written instructions and if not who will write them
and when? If you plan to fully commission your equipment with an expert
driven team, do you have a plan for designating assignments and tasks? Do
you have a basic outline of a run plan in place?
5. Eventually (as in after a few days of commissioning) the shift crew
will be tasked with using your equipment and making sure it is providing
quality data. What is your plan for developing clear instructions for a
shift crew by the time commissioning is complete and shift crews take over
the day to day operations?
