[Halla_running] RC Update

Hi All,

The target has been repaired and survey and alignment started early this morning.  The plan is to cool the target tonight, condense it tomorrow, and be ready for beam tomorrow swing.  The hall will go to controlled access in a couple of hours.

I want to thank everyone that is working extremely hard to get us up and running again so quickly, especially during a holiday weekend. This includes Jessie and his team, the target group, survey and alignment, and the folks at Cryo.  Especially Dave Meekins who has coordinated everything and has been putting in some very long days.  Thank you, it is much appreciated.

We will meet at 3:15 to discuss the run plan when we get beam back and updates from the various groups.
