[Halla_running] [Revised Logentry] RC Update and Run Plan

<p>The target repair and cool down was completed at 1:30pm yesterday.  We then requested beam but there was a target FSD issue which required an access.  Dave Meekins and company resolved the issue at 8:30pm.  Many thanks to Dave for working such long days and the dedication to getting us back up and running.  Beam checkout was completed at 10:45pm and new beam positions have been updated.  (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3972215  https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3972128).  We then moved to the GEM current scans after adjusted some GEM HVs.  By 1:45am we were in production running and optimizing the currents to run at.  Here is the current run plan which I will keep updated as cycles are completed.
