[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] Hall access today

Hi all,

It looks like we'll be delaying the move to restricted access until
tomorrow.  If you need to get into the hall, we'll be in Controlled Access
for a few hours this morning (8am-noon or 1pm). Please check with me if you
want to go down as we have a few groups that will be down there and there
may not be enough keys for everyone.

We should be in restricted access tomorrow.
