[Halla_running] Hall Access and Shift Status Update

Hello All,

We have moved to power permit to continue target studies overnight. After transition to restricted, Jesse’s team will continue to work on the configuration change throughout day shift tomorrow. If you need access to the hall, please let me know as work may conflict with the configuration change and coordination may be necessary.

In light of the configuration-change timeline, I am putting all SHIFT LEADER shifts on stand-by through Friday Day shift.
