[Halla_running] SL and TO Shift Update

Hi All,

We are on schedule to install the target on Monday swing and to take beam on Tuesday day. As such:
- All shift leader (SL) shifts are on stand-by through Tuesday (Nov 8) owl shift.
- All target operator (TO) shits are on stand-by through Monday (Nov 7) day shift.

If you’re on shift and something isn’t clear, please let me know.
