[Halla_running] Daily RC meeting at 3:30 pm

Hello All,

There was some confusion about the expert on-call for shift crews, so I decided to highlight expert on-call in the sub-system expert list on SBS wiki https://sbs.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Subsystem_Expert_Contacts along with writing the names in CH white board. So, if sub-systems have allocated any expert as on-call, please let me know or change the wiki, so we could call the person before contacting an second person.
