[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC morning update, 14 Oct

The work in the target enclosure has gone well, and we're in the process of finishing the target cell alignment.

Shortly after that is complete, Jesse & crew will start the checklist to close the hall.  We are anticipating being ready for the sweep and transition to controlled access at around noon or so.
