[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC update and run plan for 19 October

Last night we and OPS had some confusion with the raster control screens when turning the raster on (see https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4062663 and related entries); we and OPS are working together this morning to test the updated control screens and to clarify the instructions.

Following that, we ran at 45uA on the He-3 cell for most of the night.

The machine is now down for today's tour in the NL and Hall C.  Radcon is surveying the North Linac and Hall C to take then to RA for the tour, and then they will survey Hall A to go to Controlled Access.  I will post a follow-up when we are at Controlled.  We have several activities we would like to accomplish in the hall; please be sure to communicate with the counting house to arrange your work.

The expectation is that the sweeps for HC and the NL would start around 13:00, so beam recovery might be able to start in late day or will be into the swing shift.

I expect the plan after beam recovery will be to go back to 45uA running on the He-3 target.
