RC Update:
1.) After the accelerator tour yesterday, work continued on the polarized
Helium-3 target. There is ongoing discussion and work from the Polarized
target group about what is keeping the polarization low.
    A.) Hunter and Jack did some work during Swing while waiting for
accelerator set back up beam to the hall:

2.)There was a small issue with MCC in regards to the SBS set current gui:

3.) After their work, we waited for MCC to send beam back to the hall and
do the beam line and checkout and raster check

4.) We next moved to take data on the H2 reference cell while waiting for
the target to polarize to 15 -20%

The polarized target group is currently working to address the ongoing
issue of low polarization. Hopefully we will have some idea about the
current state of the target and plan for moving forward.

the future plans for next weeks reconfiguration and pass change.
