[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Configuration change

Beam is off and will be off through Wednesday day at least. Shift Leaders are on standby between now and the end of Wednesday day shift. 

Today will be a mix of controlled access and power permit, so if you want to access the hall, you may want to check in advance before coming out. Tomorrow it should be in restricted access, but there will be a lot of work going on so please coordinate with the shift crew, RC, and Jessie, as needed.
