[Halla_running] RC meeting

Hi Folks,
We will have an RC meeting this afternoon at 3:00 PM. Laser work continued last evening. The target was installed overnight and survey is ongoing. Work will continue this afternoon to determine the ambient fields inside the target chamber with SBS and BB ramped up. The outcome of these tests will determine our path forward over the next few days. Let's meet briefly to discuss what is currently happening and what our plans going in to the weekend are.
