[Halla_running] Important reminder for GEn shifts

Hi All,

Thank you for filling out the GEn schedule and for taking shifts. Your
help is much appreciated!

Please check that all your training is up to date before coming for shifts.

In particular, please note that the Physics Work Governance recently
expired, and access appears to end on the day of expiry, not the day
after.

I recommend physically checking your access to the accelerator site at
some point before your shifts start and during normal office hours.
