[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] RC Update February 10th

We ran production most of yesterday from 3 pm to 8 am this morning,
collecting ~1.2C of beam charge. While we had 45 uA for most of swing shift
the beam got very trippy and so during owl MCC decided to lower us to 30
uA. Then at 8 am this morning they decided to take the beam away for a few
hours to fix some 4th pass separator issues and do beam studies,

During this time Arun and Provakar made an access to replace the BBCal FIFO
modules with empty data. Unfortunately they discovered that the FIFOs were
not an issue and it was actually the upstream summing modules that are not
working properly. To fix this they will need ~2 hours in the hall so we
will need to wait for another opportunistic down time. See the full log

Beam came back into the hall around 1:15 pm and we quickly moved to 45 uA
on He3. We will see how the beam stability progresses from here. Let's have
