[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] RC Update February 15th

Yesterday during the long down time the GEM experts decided to go into the
hall and fix some issues with the SBS GEMs. See full log entries on their

https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4131151. Since GEM experts were on shift I
decided to run the SBS GEMs overnight. Overnight MCC was only able to send
30 uA of beam, but it has since increased to 40 uA and is currently
ongoing. We have collected 0.8C since yesterday and the target cell is
currently at 54% polarization.

The SBS GEMs did not cause any significant DAQ issues last night. Only a
few resets with little downtime.

Currently we are running stably on 40 uA and hoping to keep running like
this for a while. There are no maintenance days coming up soon and we are
looking at about 10 days until the next target change. Let's have a meeting
