Run update:
Wednesday Swing shift saw very little in the way of beam due to ongoing issues with BLM trips when pushing high current beam to Hall A. Beam checkout and a return to production running on the polarized He3 target was achieved just before the end of the shift (much to the Shift Leader's delight):  https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4117339. There were some minor issues with BB GEM HV trips and the DAQ (hcalROC17).

During Thursday Owl the shift crew were able to collect a few hours of good data before the BLM trip issue became a problem once more (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4117339). The MCC crew discovered a possible link to the energy locks and have been working on trying to resolve it. 

The effort of re-steering the whole machine will continue this morning, meaning that we shouldn't expect beam any time soon. Once it returns, we will do our usual beam checkout procedure before moving back to production.

Run plan:
Production data-taking to continue through Sunday. A Wien angle change is scheduled for Monday Day shift and Don is planning to take Moller measurements before and after the change. A maintenance day is also scheduled for Wednesday.

Special requests:
In the event of an unplanned down period, Hall C have requested that we inform them so that they can do a BCM calibration up to 60 uA (for around 1 hour). Don would also like to check out the Moller dipole if beam is not available for a while.

Meeting:
I know the Hall A Collaboration meeting is today, but perhaps we can have a short meeting at the usual time of 3.30pm.
