[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A TO shifts canceled to Tuesday day, leader shifts canceled to Tuesday swing

Thanks To Arun, Bill Henry, and Hunter. A new EPR was completed, and the target system is now turned off. 

With the target turned off, we can cancel the TO shifts. 

Leader shifts are canceled till Tuesday's swing shift (March 7th, 4 pm).
TO shifts are canceled till Tuesday's day shift (March 7th, 8 am).

Current status: all detectors are turned off, and the target is turned off (except the target oven).

Planned work tomorrow: 
1. 1/2 hour CW beam test will occur around 8:30 am on Monday, I will be there to help out with this part. 
2. Escorted access into the hall to turn off the target oven.
3. Escorted access to reset Grinch LED pulser.

Target and Grinch experts: regarding the time of the escorted access, I suggest arranging this for 10:00 am. Or if you have a preferred time, please let me know.
