[Halla_running] [New Logentry] PD update and tentive timeline

The physical part of the RF separator repair work is completed. Between now to 8 pm, the MCC is working on tuning the RF phasing, which is a MUST for 4 Hall operation.

There is a big "IF" on whether Hall A will receive the beam tonight: 

IF the phasing work is completed by 8 pm tonight, then MCC will send the beam to A, B, C, and D.
IF the phasing work is not completed by 8 pm tonight, then MCC will send the beam to B, C, and D.

Currently, we are experiencing a DAQ issue with one of the HCAL Roc, Jiwan is accessing the hall to reset it. Carlos is still in the Hall to diagnose Grinch.

After this, we will take comics till 8 pm and wait for the verdict from the MCC.
