[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily summary

Beam was spotty throughout the day shift yesterday, but about 80% of the desired Moller measurements were completed by the start of day shift this morning. See Moller result here: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4149493. Beam was taken away at the start of day shift for the beam studies which will go on throughout the day and potentially into swing. In any case, Hall A will be swept and put to Restricted Access after the beam studies going into Hall A are completed after lunch time today. 

There is no RC meeting today.
